What you'll do

• Understand and implement each client’s care plan
• assist with companionship, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, transfers, toileting, and protective supervision as included in the plan
• notify the Care Manager of concerns, changes, emergencies, and safety issues
• follow infection control practices
• use the WellSky app to record shifts and task status
• complete required ongoing training.
