The Fitness Professional (Certified Personal Trainer) role is onsite in North Haven, CT. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. The trainer delivers personal and small-group training and nutrition counseling, adapts workouts to participants’ needs, and monitors safety and exertion. The role supports member participation and fitness goals through customized sessions and ongoing learning.
