What you'll do

• Serve as SME for diagnostics and resolution of hardware/software/network incidents
• lead system patching and security remediation
• manage user accounts and audits
• perform vulnerability assessments and maintain security documentation
• mentor Level I/II staff
• support backups and COOP/DR testing.
