Hospice Executive Director / Marketer

The Hospice Executive Director / Marketer role is onsite in Baytown, TX, and pays $80,000–$85,000 per year plus a performance bonus. The director builds and leads the local hospice team, develops community and referral relationships, and oversees branch operations, quality, and compliance. The role combines leadership, outreach, and business development to support access to hospice services and sustainable census growth while partnering with clinical leadership on transitions into care.

What you'll do

• Build, lead, and develop the hospice team
• establish referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners
• conduct outreach and educate referral partners
• meet with patients and families to explain hospice services
• partner with clinical leadership on transitions into hospice care
• oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and team development
• drive business development and sustainable census growth.
