What you'll do

• Identify performance needs and learning outcomes with business leaders, subject matter experts, HR partners, and project teams
• design instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning
• create curricula, learning materials, job aids, videos, and assessments
• manage multiple learning projects
• advise stakeholders on learning strategies and delivery
• evaluate learning effectiveness
• maintain online learning content and support learning platforms and administration.
