The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Centerville, MA, with per diem openings on all shifts and pay of $45–$51 per hour, depending on shift and differentials. What you'll do

• Meet residents’ nursing and rehabilitation needs
• maintain current care plans
• follow physician orders and administer medication as needed
• document complete nursing notes
• visit residents daily to evaluate needs
• monitor residents on the alert list
• document and report unusual or significant findings
• supervise nursing assistants’ day-to-day nursing activities.
