What you'll do

• Develop new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, events, and strategic outreach
• build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• conduct discovery meetings and use BenefitsEdge tools and ScoreCards to assess needs
• develop customized strategic benefits plans
• lead client presentations and benefits discussions
• partner with account management during client transitions
• and maintain pipeline and relationship records in Salesforce.
