The Child Behavior and Family Support Specialist role is an onsite position located in Louisa, VA, with a pay range of $22.00–$25.00 per hour. This role exists to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and implement treatment plans under the guidance of BCBAs. By engaging caregivers and maintaining accurate data, the specialist contributes to the clinical success and developmental progress of children and adolescents.
What you'll do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings.
- Work closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and interventions.
- Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
- Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development.
