Construction Coordinator — FTTH Underground Drilling

Job overview

The Construction Coordinator — FTTH Underground Drilling role is onsite in Kent, WA, with pay of $25–$30 per hour. The coordinator supports the Project Manager on the FTTH underground drilling project by managing daily subcontractor operations and site safety.

What you'll do

• Oversee subcontractor crew performance, productivity, and work quality
• assign daily work and inspect completed work
• report production numbers to the Project Manager
• lead morning meetings and safety briefings
• enforce PPE and safety protocols and report incidents
• identify material needs and coordinate equipment readiness through the Project Manager
• coordinate overlapping work areas with the Project Manager.
