What you'll do

• Oversee daily property and program operations
• ensure compliance with OMH and HUD requirements
• conduct apartment visits and file audits
• supervise and train case managers and peer support specialists
• maintain quality improvement and client records
• support housing retention goals
• help residents access benefits, medical care, and community resources
• respond to resident crises within 24 hours
• build landlord and community partnerships
• support housing applications and lease understanding.
