What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of cannabis forms, composition, effects, dosing, consumption methods, and quality metrics
• handle cash accurately and follow city and state regulations
• maintain inventory, conduct audits and reconciliations, receive deliveries, and build purchase orders
• assist with scheduling
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays
• handle employee and customer concerns
• participate in screening, interviewing, training, mentoring, and performance reviews
• execute customer service, staff management, inventory, cash handling, compliance, safety, and security procedures
• assist with events and specials
• report product issues to the Store Manager.
