HR Service Delivery Technical Lead

The HR Service Delivery Technical Lead role is hybrid, two to three days per week, in Dallas, TX or Montvale, NJ. The stated rate range is $50–$68 per hour, all-inclusive, for a six-month engagement with possible extension. The role focuses on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions and digital employee experiences. The lead designs and implements end-to-end HR workflows, works with stakeholders to define requirements, and guides delivery of high-quality digital HR experiences. The work supports employee service processes through ServiceNow architecture and implementation.

What you'll do

• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and workflows
• support delivery of digital HR experiences
• apply expertise in HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and employee self-service
• work with additional ServiceNow modules such as WSD, ITOM, or CSM.

Why this role

Requires at least eight years of recent ServiceNow solution architecture experience specializing in HRSD, plus ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications. HRSD Professional certification and platform micro-certifications are preferred. The posting requires ability to work directly for Artech on W-2.
