Customer Service Representative — First Shift

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Piedmont, SC, on first shift. Compensation is $17 per hour. The role supports internal and external customers of Oppermann Webbing by applying knowledge of company products and operations. The representative helps customer orders move accurately through production and shipping by responding to inquiries, maintaining order and inventory records, coordinating with other departments, and resolving order issues.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer order-status and product-knowledge requests
• process orders and changes
• maintain open-order records and reports
• enter production sheets and update inventory records
• process routing sheets and verify shipping and payment details
• enter carton information
• check order details and pricing before invoicing
• prepare invoice and packing paperwork
• initiate replacement or correction orders
• partner with sales and other departments to meet customer deadlines.
