The Lead Teacher — Early Childhood role is onsite in Knoxville, TN. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. The teacher supports early childhood learning and development at Otter Learning. The role plans and delivers age-appropriate learning experiences, maintains a safe and welcoming classroom, and tracks children’s progress. It contributes to children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development while working with families and school colleagues.
