Maintenance Planner

Job overview

The Maintenance Planner role is onsite in Arden, NC, with pay of $27–$30 per hour. Arcadia Beverage co-packs non-alcoholic, non-carbonated beverages for major retailers and food service distributors. The planner coordinates maintenance schedules, work orders, parts, and contractor resources to support reliable equipment and reduce downtime. The role works with Operations and Engineering on new mixing systems, line upgrades, and production-capacity projects while supporting safety, quality, and food-safety standards.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules
• track work orders and maintenance metrics
• analyze equipment failures and trends
• ensure technicians have tools, parts, and information
• coordinate contractors and original equipment manufacturers
• collaborate on mixing systems, line upgrades, and equipment integration
• support production-capacity and facility projects
• uphold safety, quality, and food-safety standards.
