Recycling Center Attendant

The Recycling Center Attendant role is onsite in Goleta, CA, with pay of $19–$20 per hour. MarBorg Industries operates a recycling center serving customers and supporting local environmental efforts. The attendant assists customers and processes recyclable materials, payments, and records while supporting safe movement of materials through the facility. The role contributes to daily center operations and proper handling of e-waste and hazardous materials.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and answer questions about accepted recyclables
• inspect inbound materials
• operate scales and a computer terminal to process payments and receipts
• assist with e-waste and hazardous-material disposal and maintain logs
• move bins with a forklift
• sort materials for baling
• and handle Styrofoam for storage and transport.
