Serve as caregiver to residents during scheduled work period. Utilize appropriate mobility, balance, and strengthening exercises, incorporating into therapeutic activities. Assist with training and implementation of special programs designed to improve resident's quality of life and functional independence. Obtain resident's report prior to providing care.
