Maintenance Coordinator

Job overview

The Maintenance Coordinator works onsite in Grand Rapids, MN; compensation is $22–$25 per hour. The coordinator performs and documents preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and grounds upkeep to help keep the facility safe and functional. The position also supports emergency repairs, resident environmental needs, and compliance with applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Perform general facility maintenance and maintain building, equipment, and grounds
• conduct and document preventive maintenance inspections and tests
• complete required inspections and records
• participate in the facility call schedule and handle emergency repair requests
• maintain equipment and grounds
• coordinate security systems
• test sprinkler, fire alarm, and generator systems as assigned
• report hazards and support safety drills.
