What you'll do

• Provide age-specific patient care under facility policies and provider orders
• obtain and document vital signs and report changes
• assist with hygiene, personal care, activities of daily living, exercise, repositioning, and transport
• support admissions, discharges, examinations, and routine care
• prepare examination rooms
• assist with specimen collection and documentation
• observe and report patient concerns
• document care under RN/LPN/LVN supervision
• clean and restock rooms
• perform routine administrative duties
• float between inpatient and outpatient areas as directed.
