What you'll do

• Lead daily service and support kitchen opening and closing
• uphold culinary, food safety, and sanitation standards
• manage inventory, product rotation, and ordering
• coach and support the team during service
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and development
• lead pre-shift meetings
• ensure dishes meet recipe, portion, and presentation standards
• maintain organized kitchen systems
• complete reports and operational updates
• support performance management and regulatory compliance.
