The Living Support / Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM. Compensation is $15–$18 per hour. The role supports adults with developmental disabilities in Great Livin’ LLC’s assisted-living homes and programs. The DSP helps residents pursue independent, meaningful lives by supporting daily living, teaching skills, and facilitating community participation. The role also documents care and promptly reports health or safety concerns.

What you'll do

• Support residents with bathing, hygiene, shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping.
• Teach and mentor participants in life skills, assist with educational and recreational activities, maintain accurate documentation, and report health or safety concerns.

Why this role

Applicants must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a fingerprint and background check, and complete a TB test. Paid training includes state-based developmental-disability training, CPR/First Aid/AED, and Handle with Care.
