What you'll do

• Monitor patients in recovery through discharge
• educate patients about conditions, procedures, and recovery
• complete patient intake and electronic medical record documentation
• perform lab controls, specimen collection, testing, charting, and lab-area monitoring
• assist with phone triage, patient messages, medication refills, and prior authorizations
• make post-operative calls
• assist with facility upkeep and cleaning
• collaborate with the medical team on post-operative care and timely interventions.
