What you'll do

• Coordinate resident care on designated units
• work with nurse and unit managers to support staffing and clinical services
• assist the Director of Nursing with department needs
• support resident assessments and MDS/OBRA processes
• assist with infection control, employee health, and staff development
• monitor nursing staff performance
• participate in quality improvement
• ensure compliance with OSHA, DPH, and JCAHO guidelines
• participate in the weekend and holiday on-call rotation
• provide direct care as necessary.
