What you'll do

• Provide resident support with hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety
• complete admission tasks and record vital signs and weights
• answer call lights and make assigned rounds
• reposition residents as directed
• measure intake and output
• perform instructed procedures and treatments
• maintain unit supplies and equipment
• document care and report relevant information to the Charge Nurse
• complete shift handoff and walking rounds.
