What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to hospital protocols
• conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, and facility perimeter
• monitor access points and assist with visitor management
• document observations and activities and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
