What you'll do

• Receive inbound service calls and coordinate appointments
• place outbound follow-up calls to service leads
• manage live chats and text messaging for service scheduling
• enter appointment data into the scheduling system
• assist customers with website technical issues
• perform account maintenance
• meet quality assurance and performance metrics.
