What you'll do

• Open the store independently or with a small team
• prepare and brew coffee, espresso, and other beverages to PJ’s standards
• set up brewing, stocking, pastry display, and cleanliness
• ensure equipment is ready for morning hours
• provide fast, friendly, accurate customer service
• maintain front- and back-of-house cleanliness
• follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines
• support team members during morning rushes.
