What you'll do

• Prepare new and used vehicle title paperwork
• submit title transfers to the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles through its online system
• verify collected funds and lienholder payoff before processing applications
• follow up with lenders on paid-off vehicles and trade-ins
• verify paperwork accuracy and completeness
• maintain out-of-state title lists, process out-of-state inspections, and transfer trade-in titles to the dealer
• track outstanding title work and report missing or problem titles to management
• stay current on title regulations
• conduct periodic training for dealership personnel.
