What you'll do

• Provide product ownership and senior-level expertise for Meditech Expanse decisions and priorities
• support application systems and troubleshoot user issues
• coordinate updates, patches, and upgrades
• train providers and healthcare professionals on EMR standards
• handle service desk requests, user provisioning, and enhancements
• participate in the application call queue
• manage incidents and escalate critical issues
• support application design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
• optimize workflows
• maintain clinical data accuracy and integrity
• liaise between IT and operational staff
• contribute to application portfolio and lifecycle management.
