Fitness Studio Member Associate

The Fitness Studio Member Associate role is onsite in Missoula, MT, with pay of $14–$16 per hour. The role supports Orangetheory’s mission to spread “More Life” to members and the community. What you'll do

• Welcome studio visitors
• present the Orangetheory concept and give studio tours
• answer phones and assist members at the front desk
• guide introductions through their first workout alongside trainers
• sell memberships
• follow up with prospective clients
• address member concerns
• participate in marketing and outreach events
• keep the studio clean and organized
• attend twice-monthly team meetings.
