What you'll do

• Greet patients in person and by phone
• screen and answer calls and relay messages
• verify outpatient therapy insurance benefits where applicable and advise patients of financial responsibilities
• manage physician referrals and prescriptions
• scan insurance and identification cards and paperwork
• collect co-pays and deductibles, provide receipts, balance daily collections, and submit charges to the Clinic Manager
• maintain and sanitize the clinic environment.
