The Counselor/Therapist – Substance Use Recovery works onsite with Compass Health Network’s Adult Outpatient team in Raymore, MO. Pay is $27.78–$39.29 per hour. The team provides integrated, person-centered care for adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. The role provides therapy, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis support to help adult clients improve daily functioning and well-being. Coordination with clients, families, and internal and external providers supports continuity of care and recovery-oriented treatment.

What you'll do

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services
• coordinate referrals, waitlists, and client care, particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable
• conduct assessments and complete collaborative treatment plans
• provide triage during Open Access hours when needed
• maintain documentation
• coordinate with service providers
• offer daytime crisis intervention per agency protocol
• participate in treatment meetings and quality assurance
• provide licensure supervision if applicable
• meet productivity standards and attend required training.
