Assists in resident assessments, documents findings, and communicates changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team. Participates in care planning, implements nursing interventions, and administers medications and treatments. Monitors resident status, identifies problem areas, and utilizes QAPI for resolution. Answers call lights and assists with ADLs.
