What you'll do

• Greet and register patients
• review forms and update patient information
• answer and direct phone calls or take messages
• verify insurance information
• collect copays and outstanding balances
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• prepare schedules
• maintain activity and payment logs
• enter visit information
• perform clerical duties
• pull, create, and file charts
• maintain confidentiality of patient records.
