What you'll do

• Provide executive leadership across clinical, administrative, custodial, dietary, maintenance, and support departments
• oversee admissions, care coordination, resident well-being, and discharges
• maintain regulatory compliance
• develop and monitor the facility budget and financial performance
• hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff
• coordinate occupancy and census goals, marketing, outreach, and referrals
• lead quality improvement, safety, and resident satisfaction efforts
• liaise with regulators, families, community partners, and corporate leadership.
