Professional Learning Coordinator

The Professional Learning Coordinator role is onsite in Cicero, IL. Pay is $19–$22.50 per hour. The coordinator reports to the Director of Professional Learning and supports UCP Seguin’s employee learning programs. The role coordinates training events, enrollment, materials, and participant support while assisting with curriculum and training resources. It helps programs run smoothly and supports staff development through facilitation, documentation, and learning technology assistance.

What you'll do

• Coordinate scheduling, venues, materials, enrollment, and onsite support for professional learning events
• assist with creating and formatting curricula and resources
• communicate schedules and requirements to participants, presenters, and stakeholders
• organize and distribute session materials and technology tools
• create training flyers and announcements
• manage registration, attendance, and participant records
• facilitate programs including CPR/First Aid and workplace skills
• support facilitators and participants
• organize feedback and evaluation data
• provide technical support for virtual or blended learning
• maintain activity documentation
• prepare reports, databases, and meeting coordination
• assist with program development and review content for culturally responsive and inclusive material
• maintain staff training records and support regulatory reporting.

Why this role

The posting requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, two years of professional work experience, experience creating training materials, and experience facilitating adult learning events. Knowledge of AI content tools and eLearning practices is preferred.
