What you'll do

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, service, and support industrial machinery
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, software, or controls issues according to role focus
• perform repairs, adjustments, alignment, and testing
• support startup, commissioning, and customer acceptance
• document service work and follow-up recommendations
• communicate with customers and internal teams
• follow safety procedures
• assist with internal machine testing and preparation when not traveling.
