What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• identify and report unusual activity or conditions
• respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate site personnel
• monitor access points and assist with visitor direction
• prepare accurate activity, incident, and observation reports while maintaining confidentiality.
