The Warehouse Management Trainee role is an onsite position located in Saint Paul, MN. Compensation is $28 to $34 per hour, and this role supports the operations of Uline, a leading distributor of shipping and industrial materials. This role exists to develop future leaders through an 18-month rotational program. The trainee will gain hands-on experience across all warehouse departments, mastering operations management, safety, and performance standards while preparing for leadership responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications.
