What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatments under physician orders and plans of care
• document care and client health status
• communicate changes to physicians, case managers, and families
• administer and manage medications as needed
• teach self-care and safety
• conduct nursing assessment visits as needed
• complete supervisory visits and required documentation
• follow regulatory and company standards.
