This position supports the OT Security team at RWE Americas, a US-based energy company managing diverse power assets. The role exists to design and build security defenses for industrial control systems across 160+ wind, solar, and battery storage sites. The engineer will act as the technical design authority, setting secure baselines and owning the OT security toolchain to protect critical infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Own the architecture and operation of the OT security toolset.
• Maintain OT security standards and secure configuration baselines.
• Onboard OT logs into enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Perform in-depth OT risk assessments.
• Lead investigation and threat hunting for OT security incidents.
• Define least-privilege access controls.
