The Bilingual Leasing Consultant (English/Spanish) role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Communicate with prospective and current residents in English and Spanish in person, by phone, and in writing
• conduct property tours, explain application requirements, and guide applicants through leasing
• follow up with prospects and support leasing goals
• prepare paperwork, coordinate move-ins, and assist with renewals
• respond to resident questions, maintenance requests, and lease concerns
• help coordinate resident events
• keep marketing materials and listings accurate
• maintain records and follow Fair Housing requirements.
