Field Service Technician — Water Systems

Job overview

The Field Service Technician role is onsite in Pensacola, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. that may vary by market. Pay is $22.87–$24 per hour. Culligan Quench provides filtered-water solutions and equipment intended to reduce single-use plastic bottle consumption. The technician installs, maintains, and repairs customer equipment, including water systems, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. The role supports reliable service through safe field work, accurate documentation, and professional customer interactions.

What you'll do

• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites
• install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment
• replace filters, clean and sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs, and clear water lines
• inspect for leaks and safety concerns
• follow site safety procedures
• maintain vehicle logs
• transport and operate equipment and tools
• document service work on a mobile device
• provide timely customer service.
