What you'll do

• Process residential clean-energy loan applications under internal policies and regulatory standards
• review applications for completeness and program compliance
• collect, verify, and organize supporting documents
• route completed files to document preparation and underwriting
• manage the Clean Energy Lending inbox
• provide customer service
• identify cross-sell opportunities and conduct outbound sales calls
• support sales campaigns and digital banking initiatives
• complete required compliance and IT training
• question suspicious activity and collaborate to help prevent fraud.
