• Lead and direct 50–60 field technicians, supervisors, and support personnel
• manage productivity, scheduling, crew logistics, shift rotations, timekeeping, attendance, and personnel matters
• oversee hiring and performance processes
• direct daily water-transfer operations and field projects
• manage client relationships, P&L, budgets, costs, billing, ticketing, job costing, and expenses
• drive operational efficiency and business growth
• enforce HSE and regulatory compliance
• conduct site audits, safety meetings, and incident investigations.
