Fitness Director

What you'll do

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions
• identify member goals and recommend training solutions
• follow up with prospective and existing clients
• generate recurring personal training memberships and meet sales goals
• monitor cancellations, freezes, and retention
• recruit, onboard, and develop trainers
• coach and review trainer performance
• maintain client records and reporting
• assist with scheduling, staffing, and operational procedures.
