The Assistant Teacher role is onsite in Maineville, OH. Pay is $14.50–$16.50 per hour, based on region, education, and experience. The role supports Otter Learning’s play-based curriculum and children’s growth and development. Working under the oversight of a senior team member, the assistant teacher plans and participates in age-appropriate activities that support children’s intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development. The role also assists with daily care and communicates with parents and team members.

What you'll do

• Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities under senior team member oversight
• support children’s development and kindergarten readiness using the provided curriculum
• assist with feeding, changing, and nap time
• communicate with parents and team members through the Classroom Management system.

Why this role
