• Lead end-to-end chatbot implementation
• manage roadmap, execution, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources

• support change management and user adoption
• ensure AI models use quality data aligned with business objectives
• prepare executive updates
• facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed
• support implementation and go-live.
