Direct Counsel is partnering with a globally recognized law firm to support its expanding Life Sciences Corporate & Business Transactions practice. The associate will help life sciences clients develop, partner, manufacture, and commercialize technologies by negotiating and drafting commercial and partnering agreements. The work includes collaboration, licensing, supply, manufacturing, product purchase and sale, and operational agreements.
