What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service
• take and enter food and beverage orders accurately
• serve orders promptly
• monitor tables and anticipate guest needs
• explain menu items and specials
• coordinate with kitchen, bar, hosts, bussers, and other team members
• maintain clean and prepared tables and service areas
• address guest concerns and involve a lead or supervisor when needed
• follow company policies and food-safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service requirements
• assist with opening, closing, and side work.
